Graphics Design Opportunity

Ms Drummond and Mr Cockburn are establishing a partnership between Drummond and Edinburgh College.

The highly impressive Graphic Design department at Edinburgh College have approached schools to set up a working partnership that will see high school students given the opportunity to work alongside college tutors, students and their professional partners from industry, across a number of events and projects. Drummond will be one of only 7 Edinburgh high schools involved with this year’s pilot project.

On Tuesday 7th March a small number of College students will be in Drummond to run a graphic design workshop with a group of S3 students from CDT and Art. Photos to follow next week!

Following on from this workshop, interested S3 students will be invited by the College to participate in an online module, a project that they will undertake as an extra-curricular activity. Success with this module may lead to further opportunities for students at the College in June.
